EXPERIENCE
Sheryl Eldridge has over 20 years of business support service experience including nine years supporting a Personnel Director in a nonprofit setting and five plus years in a Third Party Administrator (TPA) environment. The scope of this experience included many HR functions with primary concentration in regulatory compliance/employment law, Workers Compensation, employer sponsored benefits and employee relations. Her greatest attributes include a passion for the HR environment, superior client (internal & external) service skills and a very strong work/business ethic mentality. Sheryl has small business support experience in family owned businesses from the start-up stage to ongoing initiatives.
EDUCATION
Sheryl completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Human Resource Management with Strayer University's online program March 29, 2010.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT CREDENTIALS/ACKNOWLEDGMENTS:
Sheryl completed a 120-hour Career Development Facilitator course through the NC Workforce Developmemt Training Center July 28, 2010 and has met the criteria for the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certification. As part of the small business model, Sheryl was successful in assisting a local community college student with gaining new skills during 2009/10 to compliment her two year degree. She found a professional position with a local financial institution and graduated both in May, 2010. The year of experience working with H&L Support Services added value to her skill set.

Sheryl is currently taking coursework through LearnNC, with the UNC Chapel School of Education with a goal of becoming a certified online instructor in August, 2011.
